"What a disgrace of a hospital."

About: Countess Of Chester Hospital

I was put under their Urology department in june 2018 to deal with kidney stones. Despite regular clinic visits nothing was done until 23rd July 2019 when i was asked to undertake lithotripsy as the least invasive way of dealing with the stones. We had already booked a holiday of a lifetime for our 48th wedding anniversary and due to leave for it 4th March 2020 so i asked would this be time enough. The registrar laughed and said plenty of time. It is now 14th February 2020, the kidney stones are still there and the hospital wont say its safe to fly and wont say it isnt so we stand to lose all our money. When you try to get a solution its pass the parcel time, you would get more considerate patient care at a cattle market. Everybody keeps saying no problem, plenty of time and here we are just over 2 weeks to go and still no nearer a solution.
