"Online Service not fit for purpose"

Trying to get an appointment to see a GP at Carlisle Healthcare is next to impossible and you are now directed to an "E-Consult" Service. I have longstanding dermatitis and required a repeat prescription of a topical cream. I used the e consult to try and do this and was repeatedly asked the same questions over and over again and after answering a question was told I needed to seek immediate care at A and E. I don't- it's dermatitis. The anger of staff at A and E would have been understandable had I walked in there and told them I needed to consult with them about dermatitis.

It is now next to impossible to book an appointment using Patient Access or via phone and I have recently been in contact with another surgery about changing to them- but they won't take me on as I'm registered at Carlisle Healthcare. This is ridiculous and is putting patient health at risk in my opinion. If you can't be seen and all online options either don't let you book or tell you to go to A and E- what are you supposed to do? The NHS is in dire straits
