"The staff were fabulous"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Small procedure to be done using day surgery unit. I was having a general anaesthetic and was a little nervous. However, from the moment I walked into the day surgery unit to the moment I walked out again, I felt secure, looked after and at ease. The staff were fabulous. They were caring, informative, patient, professional and confident.
