My husband had an endoscopy recently, he was very nervous as he had one a year ago and found it an ordeal
The staff were extremely kind and considerate, even though the department was busy. He was treated with extreme compassion and kindness which made the procedure bearable. The staff in this department are exceptional, portraying a very kind and caring attitude whilst still remaining professional.
