About: University Hospital Hairmyres / General Surgery (Ward 5)

(as the patient),

When I arrived at the hospital for my bone marrow biopsy, I received fantastic care and service, the procedure was explained to me and I felt calm and completely at ease. The nurses Jane and Margaret were both fantastic. The procedure went in so quick and no pain just a few tingles I could feel. I received a call that evening from Jane to see how I was doing.
