My husband is on ward 33 and the hygiene is very poor. He came in for a stroke and now has a chest infection picked up from the hospital. I saw the patient in the same room as him coughing repeatedly for long periods of time and the nurses eventually put a mask on him. I complaigned the next day over the phone but was told that patient had had a hard time.
