"This was an enormous help knowing what was being done"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Clinical Haematology (Ward 16)

(as a service user),

Today I had a bone marrow biopsy at Monklands Hospital - Ward 16.   We were met by Nurse Jane and Nurse Ann.   The procedure went fine and Jane informed me every step of the way what was happening.   This was an enormous help knowing what was being done.   The care and attention was second to none.   Jane and Ann are a credit to their profession and I can only thank them so much for their kindness, care and attention.   WD
