"Continued support for my mum"

About: Lanarkshire Community Services

(as a relative),

This is a continuation of my story.   The ICST team Carluke and the care given to my mum before her passing     They couldn’t have done better if they tried     Throughout this process the Icst team Carluke had been there for my mum.   They treated her with dignity care and compassion throughout.   They listened to her wishes with what she wanted and needed.     They helped mum with a pain free passing and did everything they could to help my mum and myself       I’m proud of all that was done for my mum and the support given.     Thank you all

Dear One in a million

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and let me say how very sorry I am to hear of the sad loss of your Mum. I want to personally thank you for taking the time to share with us your experience of the ICST team at Carluke HC. I know that it would have been really important for the district nursing team to ensure that your Mum's wishes were listened too and that she was treated with dignity and compassion.

I will ensure that your gratitude and thanks are conveyed to the ICST team. Again please accept my condolences and I hope you take some comfort from being able to support your Mum.

Take care,

Lynsey
