"Ward 20 excellent Ward 8 too BIG"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

Started in ward 20 where the Customer policy was excellent but unfortunately it spoiled me for Ward 8 where the Nursing Staff are over run and any Customer service is lost mainly due to the number of beds in the ward which is 30 as opposed to Ward 8 where its 6,I totally believe the NHS has been underfunded but still believe that Customer Service should be PARAMOUNT.It took nearly 24 hours for someone to write my details on the Whiteboard and this only happened at the Insistence of the Consultant Other examples of little or no Customer service was the failure to remove a urine bottle, furn a drip machine off or administer prescribed tablets in time. Why on earth was an extra workload put on the Nurses when I could easily have self medicated like at Home. I have a reminder app that reminds me. I also had no feedback on what was happening going forward or results of blood test taken.
