Was told by healthshare that the results of my scan showed a partial tear in my plantar fascia and that I was being referred to the Nuffield for injections or surgery but when I got to the Nuffield my appointment was with a physio, which I didn't need, who couldn't access my scan as it was done by a private company and I've got to start the process all over again, phoned pals to complain and they said that healthshare should have referred me to a consultant and sent my scan over. Wasted over 5 months, so painful I can hardly walk. Luckily the Nuffield rushed through an MRI just waiting for result.
