"Much more efficient"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I had an accident at work when I tripped and fell over.   I was seen very quickly by extremely friendly and welcoming staff.   Taken though for X-rays and given medication for the pain.   I found the new process much more efficient than sitting waiting in A& E.
