"Caring and respectful nature"

Going home in the hospital transport the attendant was emphatic to all our needs. Continually asking how us patients were feeling and identifying where steps were required to ensure the journey was as comfortable as possible. Although of her later years, no task was too much. She met them wholeheartedly and kept a warm atmosphere within transport whilst journeying. Her service was examplary. Always smiling, reflecting and very humourous., Giving us just what we need. Well done Transport for having this wonderful lady on board. She is an absolute credit to your department and also the NHS.
