I attended for my annual eye check and was seen promptly. Firstly a peripheral vision test; then a separate eye test and examination by the consultant. I was immediately taken upstairs and after a short wait had photographs taken of my eyes and then a laser scan on an amazing new machine. I then saw the consultant again - she gave me a full explanation, even showing me the scans.
The whole process took less than an hour - the speed, care and efficiency was excellent. I felt my treatment was first class, especially the speed, comprehensiveness of the examinations; and especially the time taken too give me a proper explanation.
The whole experience was first class - well done to all concerned.
