About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Had appointment for ultrasound followed by an appointment on Womens Health B1 ward, ultrasound check in was easy and was seen almost straight away and staff very kind and professionally confident explaining everything to me, also gave me directions to Womens ward for next appointment.

Staff on Womens health ward were also very kind and explained everything to me about my examination and what was going to happen, Sister palmer, sn Amy and Hcsw Anita were all so kind and understanding and even made me a coffee after my examination to make sure I was ok.

I couldn't praise them enough and was impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting area and ward too. if im unfortunate to have to go back for a minor operation I know I would be well looked after so have no worries on that score. Thank you all again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback following your recent visit to the Gynaecology Outpatients Department at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston.

It is really lovely to read that you felt that you were cared for with kindness and professionalism.

The whole team pride ourselves on offering a compassionate patient centred experience for those who attend our clinics, and it is really heart warming and appreciated when we receive such positive comments about the staff and the environment.
