(as a relative),

I accompanied my dad to Ninewells Radiology department today for an MRI. We were then referred very quickly for a consultation in Ward 32. 

From start to finish I was impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism, from the CSW who helped us find the correct lift and help with our bags and mobility aids, to Neil from the MRI dept who couldn't be any nicer, and then to the senior registrar in oncology Ward 32 who dealt with the immediate issues and ensured we had full information and consultation.
