"Cannot fault this service"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

On arrival the nurse was so helpful at making me comfortable and explaining in full the full procedure. In the treatment room all staff were friendly and polite. including 2 trainees. I was asleep for about 5 mins for the treatment but as soon as I came back too. I cannot fault the staff or attention given by all. Over the last two years that I've been in care from cardiology I cannot fault this service one bit.

Unfortunately the only thing that disappoints me is the need to smoke on the hospital grounds by the public and most of all the patients.

Thank you very much for offering this positive feedback. I will convey your message to the staff in the Cardiology Department particularly the Cardiology Day Unit where you had your procedure.

Unfortunately I do not have the solution with regards to the issue of smoking in the Hospital Grounds. There are very clearly displayed signs indicating that this is not allowed.
