"I felt like I was in a hotel"

I can not speak any more highly about this team. I had a cataract operation in January and was extremely nervous. The department is very clean and tidy. All staff are friendly and empathic especially Debbie and Jackie who looked after me that morning. Mr Zaheen and his theatre team were professional, calm, friendly and put me at ease. Mr Zaheen himself was excellent. He explained everything as he did it and has a fabulous bedside manner. 

The after care talk was very detailed and put me at ease, you felt that you were valued and not on a conveyor belt as i have felt in some hospital departments in other parts of the county. 

Well done all- I felt like I was in a hotel not a hospital and you all put me at ease.
