About: Bromley Healthcare / Speech and Language Therapy for Children

(as a parent/guardian),

I tried the walk in clinic at the Beckenham Beacon Speech and Language Therapy for my 2 year old.  On the letter we have been sent it indicates that the drop in is between 9:30-12:30 and we arrived at the clinic at 9:25, however, we were told all tickets had been given out and that we were late?   Perhaps advise should be given to arrive at least 30 minutes earlier in order to be seen.
