"Tonsil surgery "

My 3 year old son having sleep apnea GP made an appointment to see the consultant on 8th of January and they suggest that they have to take the tonsil out .they said wont be long within couple of weeks we will send a date for the surgery as he really struggling with sleep and breathing received a letter last week .I thought they send a date I was shocked it's saying we will try to get a date in few months time .as my baby still couldn't sleep ,breathe every single night
