(as the patient),

I went for a hysteroscopy at Lincoln County Hysteroscopy clinic recently.

Unfortunately Nicky wasn’t able to carry out the procedure as there were problems with me not them. Nicky, Ania and Ruth were amazing with me   and extremely caring of me when I was upset due to the pain. They made sure I was okay when it was decided it couldn’t go ahead and took me to a quiet ward to rest with tea and biscuits for myself and my husband. I cannot praise them enough and would definitely recommend them if anyone I knew needed to go to the clinic.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback for the team after your recent visit to the Gynaecology Outpatients Department at Lincoln County Hospital.

I am sorry to hear that things did not go ahead as expected, and that you had some pain, but it is really appreciated that you fed back to us that despite this you felt the staff were extremely caring, and ensured you had the best of care possible, in the circumstances.

As a team we are passionate about providing a patient centred compassionate service to those who attend our clinics, and it is heartening for the whole team when we receive such positive feedback.

Thank you once again for taking the time to leave your kind comments - I will ensure that they are passed onto the whole team, in particular those you have take the time to name personally.
