"Efficient and caring hospital"

I attended the hospital on 27th January to undergo a cataract operation in my right eye. The appointment came through a lot quicker than I anticipated. Although I'd never had experience of this operation, I found all nursing staff, theatre staff and the consultant surgeon extremely helpful and professional in their approach to my 25 minute operation. Each step was explained clearly and questions were answered with clarity following the surgery. A very prompt and efficient experience.
