I visited on recently without an appointment as one of my hearing aids was screeching so badly it was affecting my everyday standard of living.

The receptionist Danielle was extremely helpful & found a member of staff to help me.

My hearing aid was replaced by someone called Laura and it is now much better.

I have an appointment for next week but couldn't possibly have carry on with the aid as it was until then.  I will still attend the appointment.

I was treated very well and didn't have to wait too long even though I was prepared to as I know that appointments are usually necessary..

Thank you for taking the time to send your feedback. I will pass this thanks on to the Audiology team and in particular Laura and Danielle. I am pleased to hear that we were able to replace your hearing aid on the same day so that you were not left being unable to hear.
