Recently my Grannie has been a patient on the Archer Ward at Louth following a period of delirium. During her stay she became very unwell. During this time she wasn't herself and as a health care professional myself I can honestly say that the compassion and kindness in which my Grannie and I received was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure her safety and my comfort. I was kept informed at all times about progress with care plans and our families thoughts and preferences were also taken into consideration. Well done everyone and thank you so very much
In particular I would like to mention Dr Waha, Tammy, Nurse Michelle, Nurse Abi and HCSW Kenny as you were all exceptional thank you
