(as a carer),

I wanted to let you know about the excellent provision by hospital@home team at Monklands hospital. The lead person was Jess but I must mention Barry, Laura Ann, Angela (Wishaw), Lou, Denise, Martin and Lauren. the entire team showed professionalism, courtesy, respect and compassion to my Mum when her condition had deteriorated to a degree that was cause for concern. I would like to thank you all for your care and cannot commend your service highly enough. This service deserves and should receive the recognition for the work it does.

Thank you very much for taking the time to contact us via Care opinion. While its not great that your mum found herself in the unfortunate circumstances of needing our team, I was delighted to read that our team done their best to make sure she was well cared for when she needed it most.

We have a fabulous team in Hospital at Home and our staff always go above and beyond to provide the best patient centred care they can, so it is lovely to see it recognised by our patients. I will ensure your kind comments are passed on to the all staff mentioned above.
