"Good, kind, informative care"

I needed to have a bladder pressure test, which involved having tubes put in my rectum and penis. Not a good way to begin the week, but the staff were just great. Warm, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Each introduced themselves (hello, my name is...Andrea, Mr Alhasso etc). Mr Alhasso gauged my level of understanding, and explained clearly at each stage what he was doing and what it was showing. They moved the screens so I could see too, and when I asked of I could take a photo of the screen the diagnostic info was printed off, and the findings explained. What could have been undignified and embarrassing simply wasn't. Chatting about the Wales Italy and the England France games at the weekend with Andrea made the investigations all seem happily humdrum. Thanks!
