I called the surgery this morning 08:00 I got through to the Practice only to be disconnected 4 times, I kept calling back and now engaged, I've rang that awful surgery now 68 times, still engaged.. Previous comments show, your phone system is a disgrace but you've done nothing about it get more staff answering your morning calls, I've worked in different surgeries for over 10 years but never, have I ever come across a surgery so poorly managed and that goes for referrals too, my referrals for different clinics have all been poorly managed, not only do I have to check weeks later if my referral has been done to find it hadn't, 3 in all, ECG, Physiotherapy and Brain scan I found when they had been done 2 of them ECG and physiotherapy had gone to the wrong clinic, thus making my clinic appointments months ahead. Absolutely appalling Practice, get more staff or shut I down
