"No bedside manner"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

My sister was discharged by her daughter today and taken home. All our queries and questions about her care were answered with "I don't know" not once were we directed to someone who did know. My sister asked for help to get to the bathroom and told she should manage on her own. She couldn't and that's why she had asked for help. The family are very disappointed with the department.
