"Oral surgery....."

I went to Borders General Hospital to have two wisdom teeth taken out. It was a day procedure I was on the list from 7. 30am and could've ended up being seen at any time. I was kept really well informed about what was going on and where I was on the list. Every member of staff that dealt with me that day was so pleasant, helpful and professional and got the tone just right when I was feeling a bit nervous about the whole thing. After I'd had the teeth taken out I wasn't rushed out at all and I felt very well looked after and given lots of time to relax and have something to eat and drink. I can't thank the whole team, porter, nurses, theatre staff and consultant, enough!
