Our aunty was recently diagnosed with mnd. She was admitted to cau at Forth Valley Royal to be told that she had pneumonia. She was then sent up to ward A31 and within a very short time she deteriorated and Morven from palliative care was involved, a really nice person and got all the meds that our aunt needed to keep her pain free and settled so thank you Morven and the staff in A31. There is a A4 poster on the walk as you go in to the ward "the ward philosophy", we as a family would like to say a massive thank you to everyone in A31 for the way that you treated us tea coffee biscuits sorting chairs for the nights we were there nothing was a bother. The charge nurse Rosario should be extremely proud of you all. Our aunty sadly slipped away. On behalf of the whole family a huge thank you for everything.
"A massive thank you for the way you treated us."
