"Lovely endoscopy team!"

Just want to say a huge thankyou to all the lovely team on the endoscopy unit. I arrived yesterday 30/01/20 to be told that my endoscopy couldn't take place due to the endoscopist going home poorly. I was clearly distressed as having to rebook and repeat the bowel prep petrified me! The lovely staff worked hard to get me an appointment at another unit and managed to get me a slot in bicester for the same day. I had my endoscopy done in bicester and I'm so grateful for all their effort in helping me. I was very upset at the time and probably didnt come across as very grateful. Please thank the matron and all the team for being so lovely to me!
