Dear Fridayfeeling,

Thank you for taking the time to share your story on Care Opinion. I was sorry to read that you had been admitted to hospital. I hope that you are now recovering well.

It was very kind of you to take the time to share your story with us. It sounds as though the staff involved in your care, both from NHS 24 and NHS Western Isles, looked after you very well. Thank you for specifically mentioning the care you received from NHS 24 when you called the 111 service. It would be great to be able to share your story with the staff members involved in managing your call to 111. To help us do this, would you be able to contact me with some additional information? You can contact me on 0141 337 4597 or by email at patient.experience@nhs24.scot.nhs.uk

I am sure that the team from Western Isles Hospital A&E department will also be delighted to read your story. This is the sort of experience we strive to provide to all patients.

Best wishes for your recovery, and thank you again,

Andrew
