I went in for my annual check up at Suite B on Monday, that all went fine. But as I'm going through my post from this morning, I find a letter for an ophthalmology appointment - for yesterday! I think this is ridiculous, such a waste of resources. Why couldn't they have coordinated the appointments, or tell me while I was on site. Or at least before its scheduled to take place! I don't believe this!

It just makes you angry - considering all the good work the staff do, they must be awfully disheartened when these things happen.

They'll think I just haven't acknowledged the appointment. How will this affect my future care?
