"Treated awful"

Been to a and e a few times with severe stomach pain. A and e were good. Looked after me well. A doctor said she was getting me admitted as she said I needed a ct scan in the morning and to see the surgical team as she suspected I had an abscess due to surgery I had recently. I finally got a bed in the early hours. I was on Ward 20. Got my bed and was told I would see the doctors in the morning.

3.30am a surgeon came felt my stomach and told the nurse I was fine and I was to go home. I was in agony when he felt my stomach. I said this and he said you’re fit and healthy you’re going home. I said am I going home now. His reply was yes. So just after 4am I was discharged. I’ve never heard of anyone being discharged that early. I was and still am in pain. I never had my ct scan and was just told to go home and take painkillers.

I can’t believe I would get sent home at that time and not have the ct scan to see what was going on. I’m really not happy with the way I’ve been treated as I got told to go to a and e because of the pain. Then I get sent home being told I’m fine.
