"Excellent service"

Standing nervously at the doorway, I was greeted by a nurse, calm,kind and caring. My surgical team was amazing. They explained my procedure clearly and I truly believed they cared. My actually surgery was for a mass removal and hysterectomy it was quick and efficient. I woke to the nearest scar. Whilst in recovery my care was 100%.. as the hours passed the nurses of Ward F14 tended to my needs. They went above and beyond to keep me safe. Smiles everyday!! The actual care provided was excellent, the ward is so clean and staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Only 2 negatives are the food served was unhealthy, cold, badly managed and no real thought. People are trying to heal. Food is so important, I barely ate and left feeling exhausted. 2nd negative is on Ward F14 there are no TVs and no radio. Except these 2 things my experience of gynaecology ward was excellent. Highly recommend
