"Excellent care"

I had my carpal tunnel decompressed by a surgeon on 14.2.20 and cannot recommend him, or the Peninsula Treatment Centre, highly enough. From my initial consultation through to when the surgeon came over to chat to me post-op., I was treated with kindness, consideration and professionalism. Everybody I encountered seemed happy to be there and to help. I am very grateful to all those involved in my care, most especially the lovely lady from the anaesthetic team who chatted with me, distracting me throughout the procedure and the surgeon, who took the time to listen to and reassure me, explain everything carefully and did such an amazing job of my operation. The Peninsula Treatment Centre is a jewel in the crown of the nhs and, as a referrer, as well as a user, I really hope it will continue to thrive.
