"Impossible to get an appointment"

It's virtually impossible to get an appointment, and frustratingly I have been told different things by different members of staff. There is no transparency of proper information regarding the appointments service and I have honestly never come across staff who are less helpful. On the website there is information relating to the GP hubs but this information has never been offered to me by reception staff. I have been with this practice for many years as it used to be convenient, but enough is now enough and I am looking to move myself and my family elsewhere.
