"Awful service! Unprofessional staff"

About: Woodgrange Medical Practice

This has to be the worst GP service ever. The staff at reception are rude, unprofessional, uncaring and that goes for the management.

You are blamed for not coming to the GP often and get taken of the list. I am pregnant and needed to renew prescriptions but they refused to book an appointment.

Disgusting service, staff need serious training or should not be working with patients!
