(as a relative),

My mum was admitted to your Intensive Therapy Unit back towards the end of November 2019, where she remained until she sadly lost her life on New Years Day 2020.  However I want to say on behalf of the family a very big thank you for everything you did for her, all the medical and nursing staff tried your absolute best to get her well again but she was just too sick to make that final hurdle.  Despite all the frustrations, hindrances and setbacks your care never once faltered, and we remain very grateful.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mum, many thanks for taking the time to feedback about the care that she received during what must have been a very difficult time for you and your family.

We get a lot excellent feedback for the critical care team, who all do an amazing job, I will pass your kind comments onto them.
