"Faultless treatment"

Have had the misfortunes to need three trips to this centre, two for appointments and one emergency, both appointments seen on time. One was for the eye clinic and the other was for an echo-cardiogram. The emergency was when i woke and had lost the sight in one eye overnight, my own practice ( Heron at Beltinge) could not offer any help at all unless i had chest pains!! I phoned Estuary view to be told come now and you will be seen by a senior nurse but would have to wait as all pre-booked appointments had gone. When i got there it was standing room only but the reception staff were friendly and helpful and i waited less than 2 hours to be seen, when it was a doctor who was apologetic for the wait ( he should go to Heron then he would know what a wait is !) and quickly examined me and prescribed treatment which again quickly dispensed in their own pharmacy. Ever member of staff was so busy but they treated everybody with respect and courtesy and i only wished i lived nearer to this centre so i could have this as my local practice.
