"Made the whole experience very straightforward"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I went in to FVRH for a minor op and the two nurses, Pamela and Lauriann, could not have been more friendly, approachable or professional. 

I was seen early before my appointment time, the two nurses came across as very caring and friendly.  We had a good conversation whilst the procedure took place which helped distract from what was happening. 

They provided excellent information and made the whole experience very straightforward.
