In the last week I have seen a practice nurse, and also I've spoken with a member of the admin team about medication.
The nurse was great, friendly and kind, made me feel relaxed, answered my questions, gave me all the information that I needed and more.
The person from admin dealt with my query straight away, without any problem.
My experience as a patient here is always positive. I find it very easy to make an appointment, consultations are always very satisfactory, and I think we are very lucky to have such a great team looking after us.
