I can't fault the procedure and staff. They made me very comfortable and put my mind at ease. However, upon leaving I wasn't given adequate pain management and my pain expectations weren't managed. I ended up at the GP a week later who sent me to the hospital. I was seen by urgent care who prescribed me antibiotics and my GP had prescribed me some suitable painkillers. I can't describe the pain I was in. I couldn't drink water or talk it was that bad. The urgent care doctor then failed to complete the perscriprion properly so my chemist couldn't fulfil it legally. All this could have been avoided had my discharge been managed more suitably.
"Excellent manner and procedure.. Not great…"
