Shumina was very helpful.  I needed to urgently see a GP and she fit me in quickly.  The phone consultation system is very helpful.

Great to receive this feedback, thanks so much. Sadly Shumina is leaving us shortly. Very reassuring to know the appointment system is working as it should for people and that having quick phone access works for people. Thank you again.
