I want to praise the Appointments guy who dealt with my query today 27.1.20 at 11.30am (I understand I cannot state his name) who sorted out a problem that I had been having for weeks (ie no letters received by me that had been allegedly sent). He sorted out that the letters were being sent to a one line address in the Isle of Wight where I had been on holiday 3 years ago and had seen a local GP! Despite having a current address in Isleworth and doctor there no alteration had been made to insert my correct address although I had mentioned on earlier calls I was not getting any of the letters. He was so helpful and understanding and took the trouble to check my address as no one else had and then correct it and agreed to send me copies of letters I had not received. Thank you.
