For a service that is no doubt inundated all of the time I found my experience yesterday at A&E very impressive. My broken ankle was x-rayed within 20 minutes and I was out of the department with an air boot and crutches in 2.5 hours. The nurse who diagnosed me was caring and professional. They all do such a wonderful job and I appreciated their help when I needed them.
