I stayed at Nuffield health Plymouth and had cosmetic surgery. My surgeon was amazing, couldn’t ask for anyone better. Very reassuring and made me feel at ease before and after the operation. After I came out of recovery I was anxious when my family left me. I had observations done at 21:00pm or around that time. I couldn’t settle due to having tubes in my nose and I couldn’t breathe properly. I seen every hour on the clock. I didn’t see any members of staff during the night until I called my bell and asked for something to help me sleep (which was refused). I was so upset and being on my own after such a big procedure is daunting. A member of staff came in early hours in the morning asking how I’d slept. Nice of them to ask throughout the night. The food was not good atall, served cold. Considering the amount I paid to have an insecurity fixed my experience was slightly ruined. It’s a big shame.
