"Special thanks"

I need to write about a special worker in wisbech branch of cgl. She always makes time makes you feel human gives you honest advice and supports you even when your not supporting yourself. She gave me understanding and hope when I had none. Some people do this job for money and for some people it's a calling and for Dawn it's the latter. She's amazing and she's changed so many peoples life she's given us hope and a chance that things can get better. From every person who you have helped in there journey Dawn I want to thank you on behalf of them. You deserve more than a medal as you have us out lives back and thank you doesn't cut it. We are lucky to have you Dawn. Larraine is also amazing even when she's busy she makes a point to let you be heard she's one of the few workers and Dawn is to that when they say something they follow through with it and sort things out. We need more of you both.
