This is the second time I have been to the day unit for a pain management procedure and I cannot fault it. The staff are friendly, make you comfortable and are very knowledgeable. It’s a lovely small ward so you get personal service and the staff are on hand to offer help and advice if needed. The procedures are carried out professionally and again the staff make you feel at ease. They ensure that you are well enough to be discharged and are very thorough. We are so lucky to have this place nearby.
