"I now feel listened to"

About: Advocacy Support Cymru

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Since my IMHA started attending ward rounds, explaining my rights and challenging decisions, I understand what is happening in relation to my treatment and care and can input into decision making. I now feel listened to and my wife agrees that we were getting nowhere without Shelly's support.

Thanks for the help
