I have never felt supported in all the time I have been detained until I had IMHA support. Shelly was very knowledgeable and gave me a voice, she challenged the consultants who I felt were often fobbing me off, pinning the doctor down to concrete answers and helped with my discharge from TCR after being detained for so long.
